Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ccv99 ("ccv99", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ccv99 platform at ccv99.bio (the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all services offered on the Platform, including online casino games, sports betting, live casino, crash games, slots, and any bonus or promotional programmes operated by ccv99.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager on ccv99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. ccv99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The following capitalised terms carry the meanings set out here wherever they appear in these Terms.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the Platform is conditional on meeting all of the following requirements. Failure to meet any one of them constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Minimum Age:You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any service on ccv99. ccv99 actively verifies age during the KYC process and may request age-verification documents at any stage of account activity.
• Geographic Eligibility:The Platform is operated for users based in Bangladesh. Users accessing ccv99 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
• One Account Per Person:Each individual may hold only one active Player Account. Registering multiple accounts — in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is a prohibited activity and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
• Not a ccv99 Employee:Employees, contractors, agents, and associates of ccv99 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to register player accounts or participate in real-money gaming or betting activity on the Platform.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full features of ccv99 — including deposits, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must register a Player Account. Registration is free of charge. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and you undertake to keep your details up to date at all times.

• Accurate Information:You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Account Security:You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ccv99 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact ccv99 support immediately.
• KYC Verification:ccv99 may request identity verification documents at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to supply documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or permanent closure.
• Account Closure:You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting ccv99 support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to those funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on ccv99 are processed through approved payment channels only. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By making a deposit, you confirm that the payment method belongs to you and has been legitimately funded.

• Minimum Deposit:The minimum deposit is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit, though ccv99 may apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes.
• Minimum Withdrawal:The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to release.
• Own Payment Methods Only:All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Any deposit traced to a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Currency:All transactions are in BDT. ccv99 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the player's sole responsibility and subject to applicable exchange rates and fees charged by the player's payment provider.
• Chargebacks:Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on any deposit is a prohibited activity. Players who do so will have their account immediately suspended and the matter referred for investigation. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action being taken against the account holder.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ccv99 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section. Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.

• Eligibility:Bonuses are available to eligible players only. ccv99 may determine eligibility for any offer at its sole discretion. Players found to have abused any bonus offer will have their bonus funds voided and may have their account permanently closed.
• Wagering Requirement:All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default wagering requirement on ccv99 is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳30,000 to be wagered across eligible games before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Game Contribution:Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Some games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.
• Bonus Expiry:All bonus funds and associated free spins expire 30 days from the date of issue unless the specific promotion states a different period. Any unwagered bonus funds or unconverted free spin winnings remaining after expiry are automatically removed from the account without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion:Each promotion may be claimed once per eligible player unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether through multiple accounts, via another person's account, or by any other means — constitutes bonus abuse and is a prohibited activity.

Responsible Gaming

ccv99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its Platform. Tools are provided to help players manage their gambling activity. By using ccv99, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for managing your own activity within your personal means at all times.

• Deposit Limits:Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. A reduction in limits takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Self-Exclusion:Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. During any exclusion period you cannot log in, deposit, or place wagers. ccv99 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players during their exclusion.
• Reality Checks:Players may activate session time reminders via account settings. When enabled, a notification is displayed at the chosen interval reminding you of time elapsed in your current session. ccv99 strongly encourages all players to use this feature as part of healthy gaming habits.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and may be subject to further legal action at ccv99's sole discretion.

• Fraud and Money Laundering:Using the Platform to launder money or to facilitate financial fraud is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. ccv99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and conducts ongoing transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activity.
• Collusion and Cheating:Any collusion with other players, use of bots, auto-clickers, game exploitation scripts, or any other software or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players is prohibited. Accounts found engaging in such activity will be permanently closed with all balances forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse:Exploiting bonus offers through low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — including hedge betting across multiple outcomes or matched betting on the Platform — constitutes bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited.
• Impersonation:Registering under another person's name or identity, or using another person's payment details to fund a Player Account, is strictly prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Bangladeshi law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of ccv99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of ccv99.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without the express written permission of ccv99. Unauthorised use of Platform materials may violate copyright, trademark, privacy, and communications laws and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ccv99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. The following specific limitations apply in all cases.

• Service Interruption:ccv99 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. ccv99 is not liable for lost winnings, bonus expiry, or missed betting opportunities resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other cause of service unavailability.
• Third-Party Game Content:Games on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios. ccv99 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or incorrect payouts arising from third-party game software, though ccv99 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve such issues promptly in cooperation with the relevant provider.
• Indirect Losses:To the maximum extent permitted by law, ccv99 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising in any way from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Amendments to These Terms

ccv99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect upon publication at ccv99.bio/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, ccv99 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or an on-platform notification. It remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amended Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform and close your account. Bets placed and transactions completed before an amendment's effective date are governed by the Terms then in force.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally through ccv99 support are subject to the formal dispute resolution procedures communicated by ccv99. ccv99 operates as a platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh and aims to resolve all disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
